Luxury Sales Executive – Denver, Colorado

Lead a High-Growth Territory Across Colorado — From the Front Range to the State's Most Exclusive Mountain Resort Communities

$120K–$250K+ OTE | Field-Based | Denver, Front Range & Colorado Resort Markets
TL;DR — Quick Overview

Is This Role Right for You?

This is your chance to lead a high-growth territory across one of the West's most dynamic regions — Colorado — and build something significant from the ground up. You'll be capturing elite builder relationships, establishing market presence, and driving the luxury smart home space across Denver, Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, and the state's most exclusive mountain resort communities including Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte.

You'll be selling sophisticated, seamless smart home solutions — lighting, shading, whole-home audio/video, networking, automation, and security — in a market experiencing explosive growth in luxury custom construction. Projects regularly trade in the $3M–$15M+ range, with many mountain properties pushing well beyond that.

If you're a relationship-first, hunter-mentality seller who thrives in high-stakes environments and is energized by the challenge of building something meaningful from the ground up in premier luxury markets — this is your moment.

The Company

National luxury technology integrator — smart home solutions for high-end residential projects. Established branch in Littleton, CO.

The Market

All of Colorado — Denver Metro, Front Range (Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Golden, Evergreen) and premier mountain resort communities: Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond.

The Opportunity

A statewide greenfield territory — build the book from scratch with leadership support, a national brand, and uncapped earning potential of $120K–$250K+ OTE.

They design, sell, and install integrated systems — lighting, shades, audio/video, networking, automation, and security — for some of the most spectacular homes in North America.

The Colorado market is a strategic growth territory with fresh investment and leadership committed to building something significant. The region has explosive growth in luxury custom construction across the Front Range and in Colorado's most exclusive mountain resort communities. The opportunity to establish market dominance across one of the nation's wealthiest and fastest-growing states is wide open. Projects here regularly trade in the $3M–$15M+ range across communities like Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond.

Leadership is in place with a clear mandate: establish the brand as the definitive technology partner across the Colorado luxury market. The company has an established branch location in Littleton, CO with operational support, infrastructure, and a committed team. This is a true ground-floor opportunity — you'll be building the book, establishing relationships, and shaping what this market becomes.

The Market Reality

Colorado's statewide luxury corridor — spanning the Denver Metro, the Front Range, and ultra-high-net-worth mountain resort communities including Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, and Breckenridge — is one of the fastest-growing luxury construction markets in the country. Custom home construction across these regions consistently trades at $350–$1,000+ per square foot — making this one of the most lucrative statewide territories for a technology integrator in the nation.

The Market Opportunity

The integrator who shows up with credibility, established relationships, and a proven track record doesn't have to compete — they become the default choice. Every builder, every designer, every architect across Colorado's urban and mountain resort markets is looking for a technology partner they can trust unconditionally and call first.

The What

What You'll Be Selling

You'll build and cultivate relationships with elite custom home builders, architects, and interior designers across Colorado — from the Denver Metro and Front Range (Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Golden, Evergreen) to the state's premier mountain resort communities (Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond).

You're not selling products. You're selling sophisticated, seamless lifestyle solutions that make a home feel effortless.

Lighting Control

Intelligent, scene-based lighting systems tailored to each client's lifestyle and design vision.

Motorized Shading

Automated shading solutions that blend seamlessly with architecture and interior design.

Whole-Home Audio/Video

Immersive entertainment systems distributed throughout every room of the home.

Networking & Automation

Robust infrastructure and automation platforms (Control4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron) that tie every system together effortlessly.

Must Haves

What This Role Demands

This role demands a consultative seller with a proven track record in the luxury space. You must be comfortable navigating long sales cycles of 6–18 months, building relationships from scratch across a statewide territory, and operating with significant autonomy across both the Front Range and Colorado's premier mountain resort communities.

Greenfield Hunter

You thrive on building from scratch. No warm pipeline, no inherited relationships — just your drive, your network, and your ability to earn trust across Colorado's most competitive luxury markets, from Denver to Vail to Aspen to Telluride.

Luxury Market Fluency

You understand how high-net-worth clients think, how luxury projects flow, and how to navigate the design/build ecosystem — whether you're on a job site in Cherry Hills Village or meeting with an architect in Aspen.

Long-Cycle Discipline

You manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with patience and precision. You know how to stay top of mind across a 6–18 month cycle without being pushy — and you close.

Statewide Mobility

You're ready and willing to travel regularly across Colorado — from the Denver Metro and Front Range to mountain resort communities including Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte.

The Why

Why This Market, Why Now

The smart home industry is the next essential trade. A century ago, electricity wasn't standard. Fifty years ago, air conditioning was a luxury. Today, robust networking, integrated lighting, motorized shades, and whole-home automation are becoming baseline expectations in high-end new construction and renovations.

One of the Fastest-Growing Luxury Markets in the Country

The Colorado luxury real estate market spans both the Front Range and mountain resort communities. Custom home construction across Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Golden, Evergreen, plus Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte is consistently trading at $350–$1,500+ per square foot. Mountain resort properties routinely exceed $5M–$20M+.

A True Greenfield Territory

Build the book from scratch with leadership support, lead generation infrastructure, and a national brand behind you. Established branch location in Littleton, CO with operational support already in place. The integrator who shows up with credibility and earned trust becomes the default choice across the state.

Uncapped Earning Potential

Average 6% commission on revenue, uncapped. Most sales members achieve $2M+ in annual sales = $120K+ in commissions. OTE Floor: $120K. OTE Ceiling: $250K+ for top performers.

Everyone in the ecosystem knows smart home technology is critical — but most are intimidated by it, avoiding it, or burned by a bad experience. That's the opening. That's your lane.

The Where

The Location: Colorado — Front Range & Mountain Resort Communities (Field-Based)

You'll spend your days at job sites, builder offices, design studios, and showrooms across Colorado — from the Denver Metro and Front Range (Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Golden, Evergreen) to the state's premier mountain resort communities (Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond).

You'll be based out of the company's Littleton, CO branch location with operational support, infrastructure, and a committed team behind you. You'll work closely with the branch team and regional leadership but operate with significant autonomy in the field. This is not a desk job. Your office is the market itself.

Job Sites

On-site presence at active luxury residential construction projects across the Denver Metro, Front Range, and mountain resort communities.

Builder Offices

Regular meetings with custom home builders across Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Boulder, Golden, Evergreen, Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, and beyond.

Design Studios

Collaborative sessions with architects and interior designers navigating the unique dynamics of both Front Range and mountain resort luxury projects.

Regular travel to mountain resort areas (Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte) is expected and required. Occasional travel to headquarters or regional sales meetings — up to 10%.

Ready to shape the future of luxury living?

This is more than a job; it's a chance to make a significant impact across the entire state of Colorado. Seize the opportunity to become the trusted technology advisor in Colorado's elite design and build community — from Denver's luxury enclaves to the ultra-high-net-worth mountain resort markets of Vail, Aspen, Telluride, and beyond.

The Plan

Your First 12–18 Months: Three Strategic Priorities

Success in this role will be defined by three clear priorities. This isn't a maintenance role with a polished playbook and a warm pipeline — it's a ground-floor opportunity to shape what this organization becomes across one of the country's most dynamic and diverse luxury markets.

01

Build the Book from Scratch Across Colorado

Establish yourself as the technology partner of choice for elite custom home builders, architects, and design professionals across Colorado — from the Denver Metro and Front Range to the state's premier mountain resort communities (Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond). This is pure greenfield — you're not inheriting relationships or a warm pipeline. You'll be prospecting relentlessly, showing up on job sites across the state, attending industry events, and earning trust one conversation at a time.

02

Consultative Selling Across Diverse Colorado Markets

Colorado clients are ambitious, growth-minded, and expect results. You'll navigate both Front Range projects and mountain resort builds — each with unique dynamics, timelines, and client expectations. You'll need to lead discovery, ask the right questions, map the client's lifestyle and design vision, and co-create integrated solutions that exceed expectations. This requires technical curiosity, design sensibility, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

03

Build Something That Matters

Leadership is investing in building out operations and support for this market. You'll partner with the Littleton branch team and regional leadership to build confidence that this brand can deliver — and then go pitch it with conviction. If you're energized by building systems, relationships, and momentum from the ground up — this is your role.

Your DNA

Who We're Looking For: Your DNA

Relationship-First Seller

You don't pitch; you listen. You earn trust through competence, consistency, and a genuine commitment to solving problems. In the luxury space — especially across competitive markets like Denver and Colorado's mountain resort communities — your reputation is everything, and trust is earned one project at a time.

Pure Hunter Mentality

You're energized by greenfield opportunity. You don't need a warm pipeline or inherited relationships to be successful — you thrive on the challenge of building something from scratch. Relentless in prospecting, resilient in the face of rejection, and driven by the satisfaction of winning relationships one conversation at a time.

Technically Curious

You don't need to program a Crestron system or pull wire, but you genuinely care about how technology improves people's lives. You can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical clients.

Autonomous & Accountable

You want the freedom to build your own strategy and the satisfaction of seeing direct impact. When things go sideways — they always do in sales — you solve the problem, learn from it, and move forward without excuses.

Deep Service Mentality

This isn't a transactional sales job. You're guiding high-net-worth clients through a complex, high-stakes process that can span 6–18 months. You care about delivering an exceptional experience at every stage — not just closing the deal. In these markets, that reputation travels fast.

Market Fluency Across Colorado

You know — or are ready to learn — the rhythms of the Colorado luxury market. You understand the players across Denver, Boulder, the Front Range, and mountain resort communities like Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte. You don't just sell in the market; you become part of it.

The Role

Who We're Looking For

As the Sales Executive for Colorado, you will own your territory and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development with custom home builders, architects, and interior designers across the entire state — from the Denver Metro and Front Range to the state's premier mountain resort communities (Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and beyond).

Colorado Market Network

Strong existing relationships in the Colorado builder, architect, and designer community across the Front Range or mountain resort communities — or the hunter mentality to build one quickly.
